Sutton Place Apartment - Brooklyn, New York
The client acquired two apartments, one adjacent and one above to expand their current space. The upper floor focuses on entertainment for business purposes, and lower floor consists of personal space and family living. To integrate the two floors, the new staircase integrated illuminated bookcases throughout and used LED's and glass inserts in the treads. The features of the bathroom, the built-ins and lighting coves integrate the apartment to a cohesive sculptural whole.
