There is a built-in stage with catwalks above, lighting positions, fly galleries, and twenty-foot-high sliding doors that can close off the proscenium arch. Audience seating is moveable and is stored under the stage. Construction was economical, utilizing heavy timber trusses that span seventy feet and prefabricated wood panels. The heavy timber construction provides a fire rating and the high insulation value in the roof and walls makes the building environmentally friendly.
